There is an old joke about how to stop a charging dog. Maybe you have heard it. Take away his credit card. Pretty bad eh?
If you have ever been a victim of a dog attack, you know it is no laughing matter. If you have ever had a dog or pack of dogs charge at you, then you know the spine tingling feeling of pure unadulterated fear you get as they come running at you.
The 158 stitches in my right forearm is enough to remind me forever of that feeling. I love dogs too but have absolutely no sympathy for dogs that are running loose or their owners who let them run loose.
The three best ways to prevent a dog attack are:
1.Electronic Dog Chaser-produces a 20-25,000 Hz ultrasonic sound that only dogs can hear. This uncomfortable but not harmful sound scares dogs away. I have found that it doesn't work on very aggressive dogs like pitbulls and dobermans.
2.Telescopic Stun Baton-a 13 inch baton that extends to 21.5 inches and electrifies to 800,000 volts at the touch of a button. The sound alone is enough to scare dogs away-a touch of 800,000 volts will change his mind about attacking you. This choice is very effective but some people don't like being that close to danger.
3.Mace Pepper Gun-has 7 25 foot shots of oleresin capsicum (OC) in a 10 percent solution giving you plenty of "ammo" to protect and defend yourself. The best solution to defending yourself.
Those are the three best ways to prevent a dog attack. Don't live in fear any more. When are you getting one?
P.S. The telescopic stun baton and pepper gun work very well on human assailants too.
If you think crime can only happen to the other guy you are wrong. The "other guy" is thinking the same thing and to him you are that "other guy". There is a reason why they call it self defense. You have to protect yourself, your family, your home and business!!

A 10% solution of OC spray is illegal in some jurisdictions. So check the internet or your local sheriff's department first before getting some.
